Orders & Customisation
Designs must be provided clearly by the customer. South Side is not responsible for errors in customer-submitted artwork.

Payment
Full or partial payment must be made before production. Orders will be processed only after confirmation.

Delivery & Timeline
Delivery dates may vary based on quantity and design complexity. We are not liable for delays caused by courier or unforeseen events.

Returns & Refunds
Since customised items are personalised, returns or refunds are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Intellectual Property
Customers must ensure that submitted designs do not violate copyright laws.
